PRIVATE TOURS

• Together we customize every single aspect of the tour.
• We choose the itineraries and trails that are best suited to you.
• Departure and return times are decided according to your needs.
• No other people can participate besides you and your guide.
• To participate in private activities, it is necessary to accept the Terms and Conditions.

OPEN TOURS

• Activities with pre-set dates that cannot be changed.
• The cost of the guide is divided among all participants.
• Structured program that cannot be changed.
• A minimum number of participants is required.
• It is necessary to adapt to the group, taking into account the different ages, genders, cultures, and physical fitness levels of the participants.
• Once the activity has started, if for any reason you wish to leave the group, you will lose the supervision and responsibility of the guide.
• To participate in open activities, it is necessary to accept the Terms and Conditions.

Each tour requires specific equipment to bring with you depending on the destination and season. Here is what you need to participate in this activity:

Flex

• You can get a quote online.
• To confirm the quote, you have to contact us.
• To book we require a non-refundable* (art. 1385 c.c.) deposit of 25% of the budgeted amount.
• Fare is available for multi-day activities only.
* Refund of the deposit will only occur if the tour is cancelled due to expected severe bad weather and at the discretion of Freemotion Italia.

Single If you are travelling alone, this tour is suitable for you and it has a special Solo Travellers fare. Contact us in advance to check if we can offer you a better price!

Couples This tour is suitable for couples regardless of age or sex.

Small Group Up to 6 adults regardless of age or sex.

Large Group Up to 12 people per guide. For large groups it is not possible to book through our booking platform but you have to contact us.

Difficulty levels for this tour:

Medium This is our most common tour. It requires a normal hiking/e-biking experience, a stable and safe pace and no fear of heights. During the activity there can be some difficult sections that, if you are afraid, you can face with the help of our guides.

For private tours, you can choose the level that best suits your needs.

The total length (») of the tour is measured in kilometers while the elevations (+) (-) in meters.

*Depending on weather and group conditions, everyday the guide reserves the right to change the indicated elevation gains and lengths.

"Open Tours" are multi-day activities open to anyone who wants to join.
We offer several "Open Tours" throughout the year according to our calendar. The dates are fixed and non-modifiable.

To know before you sign up:

• For this type of tour it is necessary to adapt to the group considering its diversity of age, gender, culture and geographical origin.
• The speed of the group is decided by the guide according to the slowest participant. If you are faster, you have to wait.
• Once the tour has started, if for some reason you decide to leave the group, you lose your duty of care and responsibility on the part of the guide.

For those who want to leave the beaten track in safety with us. All of our guides love to hike in places they have never been before. That's why we don't have any certainties about where we're going to hike and how hard it will be. These are our most affordable and adventurous tours, do you feel ready?

Experiences that offer something more than a classic hiking trip. We might hike to two different places on the same day or start later to see the sunset. Our special tours are suitable for anyone who wants to experience more than just the pleasure of hiking through beautiful places. Have you ever seen the Milky Way?

These tours are suitable to everyone who wants to experience the Dolomites and its magnificent wintertime beauty. There are different available tours, some offer the possibility to ride a sled, others to overnight in a cozy mountain lodge surrounded by the white of the snow.

For all the tours we offer in the Dolomites and lake Garda, pick-up and drop-off service is included within the areas indicated in the orange sections of the map.

• DOLOMITES Pick-up is available from the cities of Bolzano, Cortina, Dobbiaco, San Candido and nearby valley.
  Please note that the hiking area is different if we pick-up you in Bolzano or Cortina. For example, we do not pick-up in Bolzano to go to the Tre Cime or Lake Braies (pick-up is available from Cortina) as we do not pick-up in Cortina to go hiking in Seceda or Val Gardena (pick-up is available from Bolzano). Bolzano and Cortina are 5 hours by car to get there and back, you would spend more time in the car than outdoor! Have a look at the map to better undestand pick-up and hiking areas we offer for the Dolomites.
• LAKE GARDA Pick-up is available in the northern area of the lake (Arco, Riva del Garda, Torbole) and the nearby valley as shown in the map.
• OTHER DESTINATIONS We do not offer pick-up service for other destinations.

For some activities we offer in the Dolomites, there may be additional costs due to the use of cable-cars, tolls or parking.

• Cable-Cars Especially in the Dolomites, the use of cable-cars is very common. Their use allows us to go quickly to high altitude saving time and energy that we can use to make more interesting excursions with better views. Price is usually about 20,00€ to 30,00€ per person.
• Parking We might go to places where a small amount of money is required to pay the car park (usually about 5,00€ to 10,00€ per car).
• Tre Cime Toll To go directly to the Tre Cime at Rifugio Auronzo, a road toll of 40,00€ per car is required.
• Sled Rental For winter tours, if you want to come back sledding, the rental cost of the sled is about 10,00€ per person.
