In the company of professional guides, backpacking throughout the Amalfi Coast is an experience suitable for all those who want to dream. The great variety of this yout will leave you speechless!
This 4-day tour is ideal for those who want to experience the Amalfi Coast from a different perspective, that of backpackers!
Every day we hike from village to village through different landscapes: from the peaks in the mountains to the historic villages by the sea, from the hills with olive trees to the secondary valleys, without forgetting to visit small picturesque villages such as Miori, Maiori, Ravello, Amalfi and the Path of the Gods in Positano.
This tour is never the same as the day before except for the blue of the sea that will accompany us from the beginning to the end!
In the evening, a cozy village by the sea awaits us to regenerate us with typical tasty food and a comfortable bed, leaving us ready to discover new paths and new horizons the next morning!
The technical level required is not for experts but it is necessary to be fit enough to hike every day about 4 to 6 hours mainly on stairways and mountain trails!

Trails: shoreline hiking or e-biking mostly on urban trails although we may follow more challenging trails.
Climate: hiking or e-biking is possible in winter, spring and autumn. In the summer it is not advisable due to high temperatures.
Salerno » Maiori

The first day of this tour is very pleasant. We hike through the paths that lead from the mountains above Salerno to Maiori. The view is of the entire Amalfi Coast, from Salerno to Capri and beyond. Everything is already beautiful!
After climbing to the top, we quickly descend to the seashore in the small village of Maiori where a good dinner is the reward for having come this far!

Maiori » Amalfi

On the second day we are going to hike through the Lemon Path that climbs up from the village of Maiori to the surrounding hills and reaches one of the most enchanting places of the whole coast: Ravello.
After visiting "Villa Cimbrone" and its famous terrace overlooking the Coast, we will descend to Amalfi through an enchanting valley rich in nature.
Before dinner, a short walk through the many stairways and tunnels of Amalfi is a must.
Amalfi » Bomerano
Elevation +800m/-200m Length 14km
From Amalfi we leave early and hike uphill to reach the top where the blue of the sea becomes even more intense. The mountains we cross dive into the sea with us. Breathe in the beauty, it's all wonderful!
In the afternoon we reach Bomerano where we spend the last night. After an "aperitivo", a delicious dinner with typical products of the Campania region awaits us!
Bomerano » Positano
Elevation +100m/-600m Length 10km
Waking up in the morning and backpacking to reach one of the most famous places in the world is priceless: arriving in Positano from the Path of the Gods is an emotion that you won't forget!
We leave early to get to the beautiful Positano and have time to enjoy this wonderful historic village that climbs from the sea up to the mountains behind.
Unfortunately our tour ends here... As John Steinbeck wrote in 1953 "Positano bites deep. It is a dream place that isn't quite real when you are there and becomes beckoningly real after you have gone".
The tou is scheduled to end in Positano around 2:00 PM
