Each tour requires its own equipment to bring depending on the destination and the season. Below is the description of each individual equipment required for this tour:

All of our tours have different cancellation policies based on the available offer. The following offers are available for this tour:

• Smart
  One-day tours
  It is a convenient but non-refundable fare. Once booked, it is not possible to cancel except in case of bad weather and at our discretion. You can book this fare only online.
• Comfort
  One-day tours
  It is the most flexible fare which is refundable up to 24 hours before the start of the tour. You can book this fare only online.

This tour is suitable for:

Single If you are travelling alone, this tour is suitable for you and it has a special Solo Travellers fare. Contact us in advance to check if we can offer you a better price!

Couples This tour is suitable for couples regardless of age or sex.

Families 1 or 2 adults with 1 or 2 teenagers (minimum age 12 years, maximum 17). We can accept a total of 4 people.

Small Group Up to 4 adults regardless of age or sex.

Large Group Up to 12/15 people. For large groups it is not possible to book through our booking platform but you have to contact us.

For this tour we can choose within these level of difficulty:

Easy Never demanding but pleasant tour with many stops for photos and selfies. Suitable for those who have a minimal experience and prefer to enjoy nature with many breaks. For those who have never hiked before, we will come with you and you will have nothing to worry about!

Medium This is our most common tour. It requires a normal hiking experience, a stable and safe pace and no fear of heights. During the hike there can be some difficult parts that, if you are afraid, you can face with the help of our guides.

Challenging This is the highest level of excursions we can offer. Especially for the tours in the Dolomites and Glaciers, guests must have a good hiking experience, no fear of height, adequate shoes and clothes and a stable and reliable pace.

"Open Tours" are multi-day tours open to anyone who wants to participate to share expenses and meet new people.
We offer several "Open Tours" throughout the year according to our calendar. The dates are fixed and non-modifiable.

To know before you sign up:

• For this type of tour it is necessary to adapt to the group considering its diversity of age, gender, culture and geographical origin.
• The speed of the group is decided by the guide according to the slowest participant. If you walk faster, you have to wait.
• Once the trek has started, if for some reason you decide to leave the group, you lose your duty of care and responsibility on the part of the guide.

Experiences that offer something more than a classic hiking trip. We might hike to two different places on the same day or start later to see the sunset. Our special tours are suitable for anyone who wants to experience more than just the pleasure of hiking through beautiful places. Have you ever seen the Milky Way?

❄ Winter Tour
These tours are suitable to everyone who wants to experience the Dolomites and its magnificent wintertime beauty. There are different available tours, some offer the possibility to ride a sled, others to overnight in a cozy mountain lodge surrounded by the white of the snow.

For all the tours we offer in the Dolomites, Lake Garda and Glaciers, pick-up and drop-off service is included within the areas indicated in the orange sections of the map.

• DOLOMITES Pick-up is available from the cities of Bolzano and Cortina and nearby valleys.
  Please note that the hiking area is different if we pick-up you in Bolzano or Cortina. For example, we do not pick-up in Bolzano to go to the Tre Cime or Lake Braies (pick-up is available from Cortina) as we do not pick-up in Cortina to go hiking in Seceda or Val Gardena (pick-up is available from Bolzano). Bolzano and Cortina are 6 hours by car to get there and back, you would spend more time in the car than outdoor! Have a look at the map to better undestand pick-up and hiking areas we offer for the Dolomites.
• LAKE GARDA Pick-up is available in the northern area of the lake (Arco, Riva del Garda, Torbole, Limone) and the nearby valleys as shown in the map.
• GLACIERS Pick-up for glaciers tours is available from the city of Bolzano as for the Rendena and Sole valleys (Pinzolo, Madonna di Campiglio, Dimaro, Malè)
  Please note that from the city of Bolzano, the transfer by car may last up to 180 minutes to go and come back.
• OTHER DESTINATIONS We do not offer pick-up service for the Amalfi Coast, Tuscany and Islands as all the tours are multi-day. Usually we start in one point and end in another. (To go back we may use public transportation or private transfer).

For some tours we offer in the Dolomites, there may be additional costs due to the use of cable-cars, tolls or parking.

• Cable-Cars Especially in the Dolomites, the use of cable-cars is very common. Their use allows us to go quickly to high altitude saving time and energy that we can use to make more interesting excursions with better views. Price is usually about 12,00€ to 20,00€ per person.
• Parking We might go to places where a small amount of cash is required to pay the car park (usually about 5,00€ to 10,00€ per car).
• Tre Cime Toll To go directly to the Tre Cime at Rifugio Auronzo, a road toll of 30,00€ per car is required.
• Sled Rental For snowshoe tours, if you want to come back sledding, the rental cost is 5/8€ per person.
