Corona Virus Covid-19 - Bookings and deposits
We inform all our future guests who have paid the booking confirmation deposit that currently this is NOT being returned, despite the critical situation regarding the spread of Coronavirus - Covid-19.
If the situation does not change and the area of interest for your excursion will remain unreachable, you can request a refund of the deposit from 14 days prior to the excursion booked, which will be returned in full. Alternatively, you can ask us to keep the deposit valid for next time!
